	Who are we?
	My name is Jonathan Mitchell. By day, I'm a senior teacher and ICT co-ordinator at a large Bournemouth primary school. During evenings, weekends and holidays I'm able to dedicate much of my time to running Computer Help. I have over fifteen years' experience in IT, both as an educational consultant and as a technical expert. Over the last ten years I have run in-service training for teachers on behalf of Granada Learning and as part of my previous school's government 'Beacon' status for ICT. I have delivered training in schools in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Dorset. During that time I have always helped family, friends and 'friends of friends' with their educational and technical needs and have now extended this service to include the local community. I have lived in Christchurch and Highcliffe for over ten years and am married with two young children.
